01. Application
Application is the first step in Zigbang's hiring process. This is your opportunity to tell us all about yourself. Results of your application will be notified within 1~2 weeks. You may be directed to take a coding test or given a pre-interview assignment, depending on the role you have applied to.
02. Interviews
1st Interview The first interview will mainly discuss your skills, capabilities, experience level, and fit for the role. You will be speaking with your potential future team leader and members. The interview will last approximately an hour. 2nd Interview The second interview will mainly discuss your experiences and culture fit to the company. The interview will last approximately an hour, and you will be speaking with your potential future head of department.
03. Final interview
The final interview will be conducted with Zigbang's executives, and will last approximately 15 minutes. This interview will allow us to understand whether you align with Zigbang's culture and values.
04. Salary Negotiation
Salary negotiation is conducted for those who pass the final interview. This is the final step of the hiring process and hopefully we’ll be welcoming you to the team.
05. Offer
Once we have conducted salary negotiation, you will receive a job offer letter, and we will be welcoming you to the team.

On-the-Job-Training
An OJT (On-the-Job-Training) will be held during your first couple of days at Zigbang to help you adjust to Zigbang's work environment. You will receive an in-depth understanding of Zigbang's vision and organizational functions.
Probation Period
All Zigbang employees have a three-month probation period. The probation period is a chance for the company to check whether you have adapted well to the company. It is also a chance for you to determine whether Zigbang is the right company for you. The probation period will be terminated after going through performance review and feedback.
Meet Up Day
To compensate for the lack of face-to-face interactions stemming from remote working, Zigbang regularly conducts "meet-up days". Meet-up days are a chance for Zigbang employees to gather and interact with colleagues from other departments. Town hall meetings are also held during meet-up days, in which you will be able to hear the CEO's speech about various agendas.
